Neil began working in the British Rally Championship in 1991 with a team running a Group A Vauxhall Nova, then started working in the World Rally Championship (WRC) in the early 2000s, working with some of the best teams in the world.
His WRC work included collaborations with Mitsubishi, Subaru, Ford, and Skoda. The personal highlight was leading a two-car Subaru team in the 2003 PWRC championship and achieving first and third place finishes with Martin Rowe and Stig Blomqvist.
Neil has also restored, prepared, and run several Group B cars, including the Audi Quarto A2 & S1 Evo, Lancia 037 & Delta S4, and Ford RS200, and worked on historic marathons like the East African Safari Rally.
After the WRC, he worked in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) with SEAT – winning the manufacturers' championship, and this experience led me to join McLaren.
At McLaren, his , knowledge and experience were put to good use within the team that developed and launched the McLaren MP4-12C and participated in the launch of their models, including the P1, 720S, Senna, and the 675, 600, and 765LT versions, not to mention the GT4.
My experience is at your service!
